With four compelling permanent collections, ranging from classical and contemporary Chinese art, South and Southeast Asian modern and contemporary art, Singaporean sculptor Ng Eng Teng’s body of work, and materials from the Straits Chinese collection, the NUS Museum is an immense teaching resource, encouraging critical thinking and discourse through artwork and object pedagogy.
Educators of all academic levels are invited to explore how the Museum and its collections may be utilised as a curricular resource and integrated into academic coursework. Museum staff will work with educators to plan the visit and also provide access to the collections and consult on class assignments.
