Celadon Room

Located at the Concourse level, the Celadon Room is equipped with audio visual facilities and can be configured as a classroom or lecture space for up to 50 people. Named in reference to the extensive ceramic pieces featured in NUS Museum’s collections, the Celadon Room frequently hosts talks, workshops, meetings and module collaborations.

“Our tutorials in the Celadon Room allowed the class to move freely between the gallery and classroom. Using the museum as a whole enabled the students to understand Chinese art in particular, and how it related to their lives in Singapore as a whole.”
