NUS Museum Work Opportunities

NUS Museum and NUS Baba House are offering internship opportunities for 8 NUS students keen on exploring museum work across our Curatorial, Outreach, and Collection units as part of the Vacation Internship Programme. This paid position will require interns to work in the unit of their choosing within the Museum and additionally participate in a parallel programme that complements their work and learning at NUS Museum and NUS Baba House.

This internship will run for 5 weeks (9 Dec 2024 to 10 Jan 2025) during the vacation period. At the discretion of the intern’s supervisor, the internship may be extended into the next semester. Interns should expect to work on Saturdays when required and may be called back during other programmes on an ad-hoc basis.

During the vacation period, students will be paid a stipend of SGD 800. For all students, work hours are strictly capped during the vacation period at 44 hours maximum per week. Work hours and arrangements will be agreed upon together by the intern and their supervisor.

Deadline: Monday, 18 Nov 2024*
